Yes, its true. The Midwest contingent falls on the left-side of the political isle, despite all being well educated and good intentioned. As many know, Katie has been active in helping the Obama campaign...and apparently its working. Knocking on doors, harassing phone calls, and registering people to vote 30 to 40 times per person...the works (joking on that last one, obvi.)
